Pitching stability analysis of weapon based on the equivalent parameters of human joints

    Get PDF
In order to study the impact of human joint parameters on the pitching stability of a grenade launcher, a man-weapon interaction model of two rigid bodies with five degrees of freedom was developed according to the characteristics of shooting. By simulating with different values of human parameters individually, the pitching movement curves of the weapon were obtained. The equivalent parameters of the shooter have different influence on the firing stability of the weapon. The equivalent damping coefficients of the waist and the shoulder are critical to the design of the firearm mount, and the equivalent damping coefficient of the waist is the most important parameter

The paper introduces terminal hardware system of 10 cm high resolution full-disk magnetic field telescope among solar multi-channel telescope produced by Beijing Astronomical Observatory, and its software procedure by using imaging processing as well real time data collecting. These data were processed by Sun Workstation 470/4, including doing some spectrum analysis, the system is unique in the world now. It uses a set of CCD (1320 pixels plus 1035 pixels) of high resolution image explosion, also it has a set of fast and high resolution (1024 pixel plus 1024 pixel) image processor. Moreover, we can obtain higher time and space resolution about solar full-disk magnetic field and velocity field. This will provide excellent means in observation and studies of full-disk solar large-scale magnetic field and velocity field

THE INTELLECTUAL CORE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MOBILE INFORMATION SYSTEM

O2O, an acronym of online-to-offline or vice versa, is a new business model blending online retailing with offline retailing. This new model improves an existing method of shopping by either integrating the online components for traditional shoppers or the traditional shopping for Internet or mobile shoppers. Few studies have examined consumers’ acceptance of new O2O business model. Therefore, this study attempts to investigate consumer acceptance of O2O business model from the status quo bias and habit perspectives that have been used to examine new system acceptance by past research. Using a sample data collected from 230 respondents, this study applies a structural equation model (SEM) to examine the relationships of the proposed research model. The results reveal that behavioural-based inertia positively impacts perceived ease of use and cognitive-based inertia positively impacts relative advantage, and consequently impacts consumers’ intention to use O2O shopping. In addition, subjective norm positively impacts perceived ease of use and relative advantage, and self-efficacy positively impacts perceived ease of use. Because O2O shopping is a consumer’s adoption of a new business model which involves information technologies and retailing services, this study thus provides in depth insights into enhancing the acceptance of both new information technologies and new business model. Particularly, inertia can facilitate consumers O2O shopping acceptance as opposed to inhibit new system acceptance found in past research. Perceived ease of use and relative advantage fully mediate the relationships between external variables (such as inertia, subjective norm, and self-efficacy) and O2O shopping intention. Implications are drawn for electronic commerce, mobile commerce, and retailing

Tracing blastomere fate choices of early embryos in single cell culture

Blastomeres of early vertebrate embryos undergo numerous fate choices for division, motility, pluripotency maintenance and restriction culminating in various cell lineages. Tracing blastomere fate choices at the single cell level in vitro has not been possible because of the inability to isolate and cultivate early blastomeres as single cells. Here we report the establishment of single cell culture system in the fish medaka, enabling the isolation and cultivation of individual blastomeres from 16- to 64-cell embryos for fate tracing at the single cell level in vitro. Interestingly, these blastomeres immediately upon isolation exhibit motility, lose synchronous divisions and even stop dividing in ≥50% cases, suggesting that the widely accepted nucleocytoplasmic ratio controlling synchronous divisions in entire embryos does not operate on individual blastomeres. We even observed abortive division, endomitosis and cell fusion. Strikingly, ~5% of blastomeres in single cell culture generated extraembryonic yolk syncytial cells, embryonic stem cells and neural crest-derived pigment cells with timings mimicking their appearance in embryos. We revealed the maternal inheritance of key lineage regulators and their differential expression in cleavage embryos. Therefore, medaka blastomeres possess the accessibility for single cell culture, previously unidentified heterogeneity in motility, division, gene expression and intrinsic ability to generate major extraembryonic and embryonic lineages without positioning cues. Our data demonstrate the fidelity and potential of the single cell culture system for tracking blastomere fate decisions under defined conditions in vitro
